For businesses that run on Odoo

Get paid faster from the Odoo you already run.

The Order-to-Cash Desk shows your team where money is stuck between quotation and payment, and prepares the next step. Nothing changes in Odoo until someone approves it.

How it works

From stuck to sorted, without changing how your team works.

1

It reads your Odoo

Through its own Odoo user and Odoo's official API, with only the access your administrator gives it.

No new software to fill in. Your team keeps working in Odoo.
2

It prepares the next step

For each situation it drafts the action: a reminder to the customer, a follow-up task, a stock check.

"Gentle reminder: invoice INV/26-27/0033 for ₹86,730 was due on 23 Jul 2026…"
3

Someone approves, Odoo updates

A team member proposes, an approver signs off, and only then is it done in Odoo, with both names on record.

Rejected? It needs a reason, and nothing is written.

Who it is for

One desk, three ways to use it.

Control

Your Odoo stays yours.

The desk advises and prepares. People decide. Your Odoo administrator decides what it can see, and can switch it off in one click.

Approval for every change

Proposers propose, approvers approve. Deleting records is switched off.

Its own Odoo user

A dedicated bot with an API key and only the access you agree to. Never an administrator.

Every action on record

Who proposed it, who approved it, when, and why.

Private deployment

Your own environment on Google Cloud. Never pooled with another company.

Your Odoo

Wherever your Odoo runs, setup takes about fifteen minutes.

Your administrator creates one user and one API key. There is nothing to install on your side.

Supported

Supported

Odoo.sh

Your production address. Nothing else to change.

Questions

What teams ask first.

Can it change or delete our data?

Only within the access your administrator gives its Odoo user, and only after an approver in your team approves the specific change. Deleting records is switched off.

Do we need to change how we use Odoo?

No. Your team keeps working in Odoo. The desk reads what is already there and links straight to the right record.

Which Odoo do we need?

Odoo 17, 18 or 19, Community or Enterprise, on Odoo Online (Custom plan), Odoo.sh or your own server or cloud.

Where does our data go?

Into a private SaarthiOS environment on Google Cloud set up for your company alone. It is never shared with other customers.

How do we stop it?

Archive its Odoo user, or delete its API key. Every connection stops at once.

See it on a working company.
